"Very unprofessional. 1st & last visit. No acknowledgement when entered the building, sat for over a hour an hour. watched the girl who my appt. was with flit around playing with a cat who her friend had brought in while I am sitting there waiting. When I inquired how much longer it would be she rudely informed me she had to comb out another customer and incorrectly stated I had only been waiting 15 minutes, I have visited many salons but this was the worst experience I have ever had."
