"If I could give 0 start I would . I went and took my daughters and my self to get an hair cut . And I’m been going there for years never had a problem. So I trust the process silly me . When I check my hair at home it was all mess up this lady literally mess up my hair I mean look at that . So disappointed it . Now I have to chopped it all off . Places like this need to stop hiring people who doesn’t have an clue how to cut hair"

"This was the visit I needed to be done with Great Clips altogether. I have been going to this location for years, and have never seen the same stylist twice. I have given them multiple chances due to this, but been disappointed each time. I asked for 1.5” off and left with 5” off my hair. It was very long, and the stylist did not offer me a mirror to see the back of it, so I didn’t realize how much was taken off until after. Not that I can do anything about it. I walked in with a perfect part, and left with no part whatsoever. Great Clips is going to run themselves right out of business by continuing to increase their prices with this quality of service. I will spend the extra $10-20 and go to a reputable salon that doesn’t have time limits on each client and cares how they leave feeling about themselves."

"Been getting my hair cut at Great clips for as long as I remember. I've used this location many, many times. A few weeks ago I came to get a haircut, a simple one at that, and the hairdresser butchered my hair. I wasn't too worried at the time, figured it would grow back. About an hour ago I checked on online. I made time it to fit in to my lunch schedule. Drove out of my way to go there, waited for the app to have me enter, went in to find I was first in line. I checked in with a hairdresser. The next hairdresser up called a guy's name who was 5 NAMES BEHIND ME!!!! I didn't have time to wait. This isn't the first time something like this has happened at great clips. In addition to the less than stellar experiences I've had during my last 5 visits, simple, basic haircuts are now 20$ at this location. After adding a tip, this place is charging astronomical rates for a very simple trim on a man's hair and providing poor customer service to boot. After 20 years , I think I've had enough. "Leah cut my hair and did a fantastic job. My hair has many cow licks and is difficult to cut and make it look “even” after cutting. I was so happy with her, I will only go to her from now on!!!"

"I was a walk-in on a mid week day,middle of the afternoon, and it was a pleasant experience. 15 minute wait to begin, and received a pretty good haircut from a nice young lady with good people and conversational skills. 15$ for a senior cut, and I tipped 5$. In and out in about 30 minutes."
