"The staff was wonderful and the person that helped me out was great. I don’t remember their name but I think they had green hair and their name tag had she/they pronouns. They made it a very nice and comfortable experience, as it was my first time in any shop like this. A little overpriced but overall a really great store with a good selection!"
"I wish I could give this store a 0 star...they were not knowledgeable about their products. I usually shop at the Southgate Maple hts location(which was a very excellent experience).Only reason I went to Parma Heights was because I was on the west side,totally regret that decision! They seemed uncomfortable and uptight and made me feel the same way! They seemed botherd we were there! No eye contact by the manager, and she didn't really speak to us directly. To top it off we bought $60 worth of products because we are celebrating our anniversary-during check out, I asked if they had coupons and she suggested to go on my email to find one but when I was doing that, she was annoyed that it took a while.Because of the vibe I just wanted to get out of that store! We will not be returning to this location."
"Usually a Great place to shop. Lately everything I've wanted to buy has been sold out or they stopped selling. I'm speaking of Cosmo best sex toy of year Tryst and what is reported as first and best clitoral stimulator designed by women EVA by Dame products. The good news is that this place almost always has some deals going on. And the store is clean. The one advantage they got over Amazon is one doesnt have to wait for delivery. Face it if you are in that store you are horny now waiting for ups delivery ain't an option. (Most of the toy prices are about the same as Amazon)"
