I get so many compliments on my hair color and how healthy and shiny my hair is. I love that I can make an appointment or do walk ins. My husband loves the mens day special they offer and the punch card for a free cut."

"If your looking for a friendly professional staff, this is it!! I started going there about a month and half ago and it is the best salon I have been to in Troy in a while. Katy is amazing!!!!! I strongly suggest her as your own stylist. The price is very affordable and they include a wash in the price to. They support veterans with special pricing to. I think very highly of this salon and recommend it strongly!!!!!!"

"My previous stylist quit her job and i haven't gotten my hair cut in 2 years and was looking for a new stylist. Sophie cut my hair and she did a good job but was very cold and not welcoming at all. I tried to start a couple of conversations and was snubbed. It was not a very good experience. All the other ladies seemed very warm and welcoming. I may go back but wont be having Sophie cut my hair. So this rating is more for the stylist and not the company."

"I desperately needed a haircut, and I went to Market Street Hair Company because of the coupon on the back of my Kroger receipt. I was looking forward to trying a new hair place that is near where I run my errands, but was very disappointed in the service. Although they quickly got me in, they quickly got me out the door as well. The woman who cut my hair did not take the time to use her expertise properly, and now I have a very crooked haircut. Although I asked for a simple trim, I did not ask expect a shoddy haircut. As the woman said "you'll be the easiest haircut of my day", however simple shouldn't be an excuse to rush. I will not be recommending this salon to anyone I know, and will not be visiting again. It should not be the customers job to ask them to take their time, and probably wet the hair so a clean line can be cut straight across. The woman only brushed my hair, and cut big chunks. She did not measure, and she did not wet it down at all. I was not surprised, but still very disappointed when I got home and saw how uneven it really was."
