"I only gave a star because I had to. These people are horrible. They will not do there job. They will not give assistance to single mothers if they work. You must live in section 8 and not work to get help in this town. File a dispute and they will ignore it. Don't expect any help in this town from these people if you are willing to work on your own at all. I have been denied a fair hearing and will be pursuing legal action."

"Cannot get through on the phone number given. Recording said closed and clearly they are open. Ridiculous. How do you run a government office like this?"

"Never open to the public. I can't believe a place that is this important for finding jobs, insurance, food stamps and etc is not ever open because of covid. You would think it would be considered essential. I guess they want you to jump through all these hoops and make it as hard as possible to get and do what you need. It's so ridiculous. Now I gotta spend time looking for the right number and people to talk to on the phone. Thanks for nothing."
