"I would not bring your child here. Owner is barely there and is no help when discussing issues with children, even when told that a therapist/doctor recommends certain things. They do it for a few days and then right back to the old ways. Cannot expect children to correct behavior without correction at such a young age. They need the guidance. There’s not enough staff and the staff that is there, is overworked and underpaid. They’re continuously understaffed, and people keep leaving because of how they’re treated by the owner. And you can tell that there’s discrimination going on between private pay people and people who get state help, and I know, I’ve done both. And the owner goes back on her word, a lot, and is very unprofessional to the point she will find you on Facebook and message you about your kids when it should be paper documented. Also, make sure you get a handbook so you can see all the rules and guidelines for yourself."
"I have 3 children under the care of ABC Academy. I have ZERO complaints. The staff is very friendly and personable. They all give hugs and smiles to my kids when we come and go. The facility is VERY clean and cleaned routinely theoughout the day and end of day every day. They serve breakfast, hot lunch, and afternoon snacks daily. Lots of room to run and play outside!! Each age group has it's own play area. My kids have learned so much and gained more social skills from attending ABC than I could give them if I had stayed home. They are learning to understand their emotions, control impulses, handle responsibility, and work their creative minds thru play and art. As someone who personally went to ABC academy 30 years ago when they started and now send my 3 children... I highly recommend!"
"My daughter went here back in 99 and they hit her, feed her a half if banana in 8 hours didn't change her she had a bad rash at 6 months old."
