"I’m a returning customer and have come to the salon for blowouts on and off for years. I had a haircut with Michael today and I have never been more disappointed from a haircut in my life. I am getting married in two weeks, and I expressed this prior to my hair being cut, with the hope that they would err on the side of caution… my hair is so uneven, I was so rushed out of there.. I wasn’t even handed a mirror to see the back of my hair before leaving. It was extremely rushed and unfortunately, the cut reflects that. I love going here for blowouts and everyone is extremely friendly, but today’s experience has left me extremely disappointed and I regret my decision to have a haircut here. I was not a priority and it was not a salon experience. Everything was rushed. Shampoo, cut.. everything. My forehead is scratched up and my hair looks terrible. I was in and out as if I was at best cuts. I’m disappointed because my other experiences with styling, not cuts, were always pleasant.. very upset with myself that I came here so close to my wedding… I have spent years evening out my hair and I said I did not want any layers just a clean cut.. same length all around- I’m beyond upset. I do not recommend coming here for a haircut."
