"So I have came to this location twice now and it’s before they are closed and both times we get rejected by the same lady. I’m very discussed that I drive all the way here and was my gas to not get the service I came here to get. It’s open certain times for a reason and if I make it there in that time frame I should be able to get service I definitely will not be back for service again. I will take my business elsewhere. If you’re wanting service within the time frame they are open I would suggest to go somewhere else. To top it off she was very rude and pushy."

"I have come to this Great Clips before to get my own haircut and had a great experience. Today I came in with my brother because I recommended it to him. He has shoulder length hair and wanted layers and front framing pieces cut in with texture. He told the stylist he wanted the front pieces shorter and she immediately cut him off to say “they’re way shorter than the rest of your hair already”. I walked over because he was unsure of how to explain, and said he wanted layers so that all of his hair wasn’t the same length. She repeated herself rudely to me and said to him “well it’ll look like a mullet”. I mentioned I have layers and bangs and that my hair doesn’t look like a mullet, matching her energy. She said “well I DO KNOW how to cut hair”. If she thinks that cutting layers into long shoulder length hair automatically translates to a mullet, then I highly doubt that statement. I recommended to my brother that if he didn’t feel comfortable having his hair cut and wasn’t confident that what he wanted accomplished could be done that he had every right to leave. He was stuck in the middle while I tried to explain he just wanted layers and texture added to his hair. Her rude comments and curtness before either of us really spoke to her made me uncomfortable and I will not be returning. Unfortunately, my brother was stuck in the chair and felt obligated to stay. Hopefully she doesn’t use her anger and scissors to spite a customer simply trying to explain himself. Edit: added a photo to show the hair cut. The sides are much longer than what he requested, which was closer to eye length pieces, and as shown, the pieces aren’t blended. Her obvious defensiveness about what the outcome would be clearly stemmed from her lack of confidence in being able to accomplish the goal. She should have admitted that rather than displaying a complete lack of customer service or bare minimum kindness."
