"Been getting cut here for about 7 years now, never a bad experience. I take advantage of the gift card promo they usually run before Christmas which locks in the price. They have occasional coupons and promos. Best to use their app for online check-in. April 2022, still happy with the service. Staff has changed as people have come and gone, but still a decent place. With the price of everything going up, take advantage of the gift card promo they run before Christmas that locks in the price of the haircuts!!! January 2023, this will be the 10th year I've been going here. Still very satisfied. January 2024, still satisfied."

"This is my second time taking my daughter to this place I thought that maybe the first was a fluke I’d give them another chance, but once again, they just destroyed my daughter’s bangs. We very clearly requested that they not cut anything but the smallest amount off her bangs to clean them up, also, I feel I need to mention that I was double charged. I took three members of my family there and was charged $49 twice and the only explanation they had was to just wait and hope it clears up that $49 cost me to not be able to take my family to dinner like I had planned to after the haircut. and when I called back to politely let them know that I wasn’t very happy with it all. I got attitude from the manager it’s a good thing we’re moving because I’m definitely never coming back here."
