"First visit was an ok experience(full set).staff wasn’t very friendly though. After having to reschedule the second visit(the young son was taking calls) my number was blocked… I’m new to the area and know of no other places and I was due for a fill so I decided to do a walk in to schedule an appointment and the guy took me in. A week later I noticed discoloration under my nail so I took a clipper to it and sure as **** it was green not under 1 but 2 nails… I see mostly positive reviews but for me it’s a definite NO!"

"Called them on Sunday Jan 14th just to see if they took appointments after 5 during the week because I work until 5. Lady on the phone said they try not to take them that late and I said "even a Saturday would work" she asked what time, I said any, and she scheduled me for noon for 1/20/24 However, when I went to my "appointment" no one had bothered to write it down? So I drove there for nothing. Very disappointed after hearing that they had such great reviews. I just recommend that when scheduling any appointments, ask for the name of the person you spoke to that way when they try to argue with you, you can at least tell them that."

"Hard working technicians that are very polite and kind. It's always relaxing in their Spa as they play calming music and have a tranquil atmosphere. Prices will vary depending on your services, (i.e. Gel nails verses Acrylic with Gel) I've always left with gorgeous Acrylic nails that don't break or chip."

"My overall experience here really wasn’t bad. It was a clean environment. I got a pedicure and they used all new tools, followed the guidelines perfectly on that. I knew what I wanted with a new set and Annie was able to execute it for me. I have a friend who also works in the beauty industry and said they just had a couple previous clients of K&A move over to her and she saw they were using MMA - illegal in the state of Ohio monomer (what the liquid is to help the powder bond). I decided that I wanted to know if that were true so I could deter people from getting full sets done. So I took my $90 nail set and started to soak in 100% acetone with foil around my nails to help lift the acrylic off - for about 45 minutes to be safe. When you do it this way, it’s supposed to crumble and come off the nails with no damage. I hate to report that it became a sticky gel and was AWFUL to remove. I ended up losing half my pinky nail with damage to all nails. I think this is a great place for pedicures, but unfortunately I do not plan on returning even for that. I would not recommend going for a full set of acrylic, but gel manicures might be perfectly fine. Had the proper products of been used or it was cheaper to at least match the cheap products, I would rate higher."
