"Did not do what I asked for whatsoever. Literally did the exact opposite actually. I specifically mention I did not want them thin, but then proceeded to wax half of my eyebrows off. 2nd time I’ve went home in tears."

"Shara is great! She cuts our hole family's hair. She takes her time with the kids to makes sure they are comfortable. I wish I could just give Shara the five stars and not the owners. They spent so much money updating the store in recent years and have had so many good employees leave and better themselves. Every time I'm in getting a haircut they have to turn away so much business do to no staffing, at least 2 people come in every time I get my haircut and they leave because she is booked solid. Now the store is only open four days a week because they only have one person working for them. And, this person doesn't take breaks or closes for lunch because she cares about her customers, unlike the owners."

"The place is beautiful and clean, nice environment for sure, but the staff was iffy/not vary customer friendly. The lady that cut my hair seemed nice but the other was “busy” with her phone. & when she was asked advice from the other stylist it just seemed like we were wasting her time. The style cut I was asking for they didn’t seem to confident doing it. Simple choppy layers I’m not going to say I love my hair but I won’t be going back."

"Very happy with Alexi. She has always done a great job for me, but she was not working yesterday and I needed a trim and was not available the next time she was working. The young lady did fine work and was very pleasant. The were very sanitary conscious and the area was very clean."

"I visit this location often as it is near my Fremont office so it is very convenient for me to get in quickly to get my eye brows waxed & I must say that this location is SO ACCOMMODATING! As a "walk in" salon, its is normal to expect a wait, but the wait has NEVER been long for me at all! The girls are always so friendly and helpful. Abby and Lexie are the two who typically do my eye brows and they always do a great job but if they are not in the other girls there will do them & they are also fantastic. They treat you like family from the moment you walk in. I was recently explaining to Abby how I mourning a loss and she went out of her way to walk down to my office on her break to give me & the doctor I was was working with some chocolates to help me feel better! It was the sweetest gesture. The girls not only do hair, but they listen so well. I highly recommend this location to everyone! If I was able to give more stars, I absolutely would."
