"My first experience getting my hair done was nice, then yesterday I went in and asked for a purplish color. I felt like I offended the lady and then she proceeded to shame me about my hair. Then I got the feeling she didn't like where she was working so I won't be going back to her, not a relaxing experience at all."
"This place sells large bundle packages but can not handle the packages.... have to book multiple appointments for something that should be a spa day experience. If you can't accommodate the package do not offer them point blank. In addition when you try to request a refund for a package they can't supply they refuse the BBB has been notified."
"Took my three year old daughter there today. Every member of the staff was so nice and talked to my daughter made her feel comfortable. Kayla talked her though with what she was about to do. Kayla showed my daughter the tools she used while painting her nails. Alice showed us the scissors she was using. Alice was very gentle with combing though my daughters hair. The receptionist was very greeting."
"I go every 2 weeks to get my nails done. Kayla does them for me. She is absolutely awesome. She does a fabulous job. Her art work is gorgeous. Always a fun and relaxing experience. Look forward to it."
"Where to begin. I called to make my appt and let them know I wanted to go blonde from brown so they could book accordingly. Got there 10 min late (my bad!) Girl informed me that because I was late she wouldnt have time to do a ton of highlights or dry and style my hair, and basically told me I couldnt go blonde from Brown it would take a year or more. At this point I was just ready to leave but I had a gift card my husband got me that expired in a week so toughed it out. My highlights I got are 1" from scalp and bleeding. All for 130 bucks. I wont ever go again. This is my second bad experience there."
