"I love the selection of the store and you can get professional products for a good price. My favorite thing about them though is that my mom and I found the perfect color for her hair and went to buy more and they were out so I checked a week later and they were still out. I called and they took my name and number and what I was looking for and said they'd call when they got it. A couple weeks at least went by and I thought they had just forgot about us but it turns out they just hadn't had any shipped to them yet cuz they called us a couple days ago and said they had one box. They even searched other nearby stores and are having some sent for us to buy here. They definitely go above and beyond here! Very refreshing to have a good customer service experience, these days it's rare!"
