"Very unhappy with my nails. I'm very upset that I spent that much money for them to look like this. The male tech was rather forceful, really too rough when turning my hands and filing my nails. The shape is bad, and the polish is sloppy. I saw other customers come in that were clearly regulars, so maybe my experience was out of the normal. Either way, I would not return."
