"Husband went to this great clips asked the hair dresser for a low fade with the top still long. He confirmed that she knew what she was doing and even explained how he wanted it done. The hair dresser said she knew how to do it. She started cutting and immediately went wrong with the hair cut. He was extremely upset since she said she knew how to do what he wanted. Everything was very uneven and not able to be fixed."
