"so i got my hair cut today and it took 2 hrs getting my hair cut here had never taken so long the last time i got it cut it took 15 minutes. the person i originally wanted for to cut my hair had left so she had another person do it and this person was blowdrying my hair for a half hour and also burned my neck with the blow dryer when i told her to politely turn the blow drying setting down. i will not be going here again ive never had such bad treatment toward me before at a salon."
"Asked starr today if she could handle my 2 1/2 year old nobody i mean nobody was able to touch my boy to cut his hair too scared to do it she did it without hesitation yes we all was covered in hair by the end and sweating but got the job done im glad I stopped in and asked thank you my wife and daughter loved it"
"So I’ve gotten my hair cut here multiple times by multiple people and they were all great until this last time I got it cut(by the manager). I told her I just wanted a trim straight around and when she got done it was uneven. So I told her I thought it was uneven and she basically gaslit me saying it wasn’t so I ended up going to another salon to get it fixed and before I said anything she asked me if I cut my hair myself bc it was so uneven. So if your going to get your haircut I would not recommend having the manager do it."
"I had to give a star because it was the only way I could leave a review. I took my daughter there to have curls put in her hair and the lady there was super rude and nasty. I will never use or try them again !"
"Very friendly, affordable, and for being affordable the girls take pride in every haircut they do so you won’t leave with a half cute hair cut because it’s half the price of everywhere else!! The one girl wasn’t comfortable with the type of cut I wanted so instead of trying to do it and potentially messing it up she referred me to her colleague and said she is better suited to cut the style I want! That’s speaks volumes about those ladies there ☺️☺️☺️"
