Walked thru the whole process with me to figure things out. Also a huge thing for me is customer service she was very polite and actually wanted to help. 10/10 for her, if the boss sees this give that woman a raise cause she deserves it! Aside from that, the prompts were easy to get thru and i didnt have to wait for an automated message or voicemail which i know everyone dreads. They really up'd their game over there. Thank you!"
