"Very poor communication as a parent that is one thing we need. Lack of social graces and fair treatment. I also heard from my child's former teacher that one of the workers had pulled a child up by their hair. All around very disappointed."
"I'm temporarily working at a site next door to this place. The woman who works there has been screaming at the kids all day.. to the point that it got my attention and motivated me to post this. This wasn't "I'm being loud so everyone can hear me" screaming. This was angry, about to snap screaming. Maybe ask your kiddos about it. Edit: it's been a few days and I'm still working next door. Just watched a large, older white woman named Amy scream in a little girl's face and then pull her hair."
