"Got my hair colored here on a whim a few weeks ago, my bright orange roots in comparison to the rest of my much darker auburn hair was bizarre to say the least. I went and got it fixed somewhere else. After 3 people asked what happened to my roots. I did ask for and receive a 2" trim that was spot on, that's the only reason I gave 3 stars. Also, the stylists should try to push their retail products more. I would've definitely purchased some color preserving products if the stylist recommended them to me. I've never had dyed hair before, which she knew. I went to Ulta instead."
