"Called at noon today to schedule an appointment for 5:30pm. I was told I could not schedule an appointment because I did not have a preferred hairdresser and did not know their schedule and I was told I had to be a walk in customer. So I arrived at 5pm with two people in line before me. After an hour of waiting and watching people who have appointments get service, and the hairdressers ignoring the people waiting as they waited for their next appointment to show up, I left as did the two people waiting in front of me did. Horrible business, I would give them a 0/5 if I could."

"I was using this location for haircuts for a little while and liked my haircuts. Asia started cutting my hair and now I love my haircuts. I have been going to Asia for haircuts for a couple years now. I do not go to anyone else for a nice cut. I have changed hair styles a couple times and she always delivers. Go see Asia and get a fresh cut."

"I have been getting my hair cut here for 7 years. I hate to write a negative review (this is my first) but I just left from there a couple hours ago and the music you had playing was so incredibly loud, I can only describe it as obnoxious. It felt like I was in a nightclub not somewhere to get my hair cut, and I’m not exaggerating. Sitting in the chair, trying to talk to my stylist, she couldn’t hear me, I couldn’t hear her. She kept having to bend down to hear me while I was legitimately yelling at her to understand me. I am 100% certain I am not the only one wondering whose idea it was to do this because it was never like this before. Having the proper “setting” for your establishment is important, and this isn’t helping. People come here for a haircut and I assume most would like to leave without a headache. Please fix this, I would like to continue coming here."

"I want to preface this by saying I love the services. Shampoo with the mint and the scalp treatment are top notch and the clean neck shave are great. Now for the bad news the wait time is horrible. Very unimpressed with the lack of staffing, not being greeted, and at $22 just to start. A bit on the pricey side. Update 6/30/23 Great service today. Had 5 stylist working only sat for about 10 min before being called back. Not bad for a Friday at 1230pm."
