"I'm certain my hair stylist, Phoenix, was high on some sort of drug. She was slurring her words, making incoherent statements to myself and others, was nodding out, running to the back multiple times during my cut, and struggling to hold the scissors even. Needless to say, this was also the longest haircut I think I've ever had. She had informed me that she was over worked and very tired, but I know the difference. I won't be returning to this location."
