"I requested an experienced stylist but the gal who did my hair was clearly unfamiliar with a traditional layered cut (“So unique!”). She trimmed the ends around my face but didn’t touch the layers. I kept wondering when she was going to start cutting but after a few snips she started to style my hair, which I kept saying I didn’t want, and she eventually admitted she didn’t know how to do it. I tipped anyway but now I regret paying $55 for a nothing-cut. Disappointed."
