"It should be illegal for haircuts to be given at this establishment. The haircut was so bad I couldn’t believe a person who claims to have cut hair for 40 years did that. ZERO hair cutting techniques were used to cut hair. It was like giving a man a hedge trimmer and telling them to go to town."
