"I've been buying pool chemicals from these folks for a while and they always provide great service and advice. I ordered a new 24-foot above ground pool from them last year and it was installed this past May. There was some initial confusion around the selection of a replacement pool pump/filter when the one I originally ordered was no longer available, but it was sorted out after a couple rounds of emails and phone calls. The installation went smoothly - they sent out a crew, including a few clearly veteran pool installers. They swarmed in and had the pool assembled by the end of the day. I had ordered a water delivery, so the pool was already half-full by the time they left, and I was left to fill it the rest of the way with my well water. After the pool was full, I had to stop in to the Pools-n-More store because the water was thoroughly out of balance and the chemical kit that came with my pool didn't have quite enough chemicals to compensate. Since that time, I have stopped by a few times to get my water tested and to purchase additional chemicals. Their water analysis computer prints out a nice report that tells you what chemicals you need and the estimated quantities. No doubt, I will be seeing them again in the spring. I was originally going to have them come out and close the pool for me, but I was going round and round all season with electricians, trying to someone out to run a power line to my pool controller and ended up having to just close the pool myself. Next season, I plan to upgrade a few components and complete the electrical systems. I may even try to put up a deck around it."

"Working in customer service it’s always hard to get time to get your own stuff done. I have been trying to get pool open for almost a month and they have been helpful with advice and products. today 06/21/22 I showed up at closing most places would of had the doors locked and that’s it. They were very nice helped take care of me and get me everything I needed to fix my pool. And do a water test. Not just one person the whole staff was willing to help me out with what I needed.They don’t try to up sell you they get you what you really need. I can not say enough good things. I will continue going there for Business need more employees like this"

"First experience with water testing was challenging as I called back for help after leaving and could not get help as there was confusion about the quality of water not being correct as they read the scores wrong and recommended buying products elsewhere as they had none in stock at the moment. After doing so then calling back to check on the flux of parameters I was seeing they refused to help with correcting flux because I purchased product somewhere other than their store at their recommendation and I was told department stores typically have filler. Second time at store went better but once again a product was not in and I was referred to another store which as I related causes issues with their willingness to assist."
