"I went to Q Nails on 6/22/23. As I entered I was told pick out a color after telling the guy what services I wanted. He then gave me a price list. I was there 30 minutes prior to 4 WHITE patrons entered. They all wanted pedicures. The owner (female) looked in my direction and said to me do you have an appointment I replied no. She said I needed an appointment 2-3 days prior to. I was stunned after waiting so long. I asked the WHITE patrons that just walked in did they make an appointment of course they ALL said NO! I was so outdone. Yes I am a BLACK woman."
"Very rushed service. Not a massage at all. She set a timer for the stone and massage part of the pedicure. Their tools are not sanitized. She washed the tools out in my dirty foot water and put them back in her caddy. Definitely not worth $45 will not be back."
