"My mom and I went to get our hair done, robin said she couldn’t color match what my mom wanted and that was fine except whole time she was doing my hair she was badmouthing my mom to her other stylist as if I wasn’t even sitting there. Then to make it worse I asked for highlights and left with bright orange blocks at the top of my head because it was not blended out correctly nor the right color. Would NOT recommend."
