"Called on a mower, next day drive up there, 2 hours from the house. Walk in and told them the mower I was looking at, and said so and so name on it on hold. When I called on it i gave my name and number and no mention it was on hold. No one put my name on it let alone called me after the 2 hour drive and specifically told them how far I lived from them. The salesman who supposedly had it sold wasn't in. They tried calling him and no answer. Had cash in my back pocket to pay for the mower. There loss and hope they get stiffed from the one who said they had it on hold for."
