"I will never shop at a Harbor Freight store ever again I bought a compressor because I needed a second one for a job it did not work so I went and bought a compressor from a store close to the job I was at I returned the one to Harbor Freight and they charged me a $12.99 restock fee even though the item is defective so not only did I waste time and gas I'm out cash now too"

"The store was easy to find. There was plenty of parking close to the door. I had called earlier and confirmed the item I was looking fo was in order. When I got there the staff remembered me calling, quickly checked me out and directed me to the back to pick up my item. The item I purchased was large and heavy and the store staff helped load it in my vehicle and quickly got me on my way. I would return to this store in the future."
