"On the website it had youth sizes. I thought I had ordered a youth XL and instead got a adult XL. This was neither my fault or Midwest Sports wears. It was just the way the website worded it. I sent the sweatshirt back to get the correct size because they said they would exchange it. BAD MISTAKE!! If there are any mistakes with your product, don't expect to get your product back. I sent my product in to get an exchange in Sept. of 2022 and have been messaging Midwest Sports since Sept. to get the order for my daughter. They have messaged me several times that they will get me my product and a refund to me for this and It is now the end of Feb 2023 almost 6 months and I still have yet to receive either of these. I have been in contact with them each month, and I just receive the same song and dance. "I will get you a refund and the corrected order." Yet, we still haven't received anything. As of now I just expect to be out of the $$ that I already paid. I DO NOT recommend any school going with this company again. They have good quality clothing and designs, but it is not worth going with someone that doesn't have accountability and honesty when dealing with his clients."
"I only gave 1 start because i have to. Midwest Sports is Not Reliable. I would find someone else to take care of your fundraising needs. When I stated working with Mark on the fundraiser I was trying to help with, it started great, I couldn't wait to give him a 5 star review. Things changed fast. Save yourself the headache ask around about a local business before deciding on them we tried to stay local, I wish we would have asked about Midwest sports before using them. Mark pushed us aside for another fundraiser, after he got his money of course. To be honest ita been 2 months and were still waiting in items"
