"Large store. Several employees on staff. Although nobody offered any assistance. Too busy with personal conversations. Walked around the store several times. Finally found the teeny tiny area for masks for underwater/pool. Horrible selection. I realize we are in NE Ohio, but this is ridiculous. Eventually left, walked past all the employees again, nothing. I smiled. They stared........ Customer service, dead."
