"Order thru the Panera app, I entered a note on the any special request to add butter and extra dressing, ordered arrived with neither. I called the store a manager answered at least a that what she said I tell her my issue which is all the time I told her I wanted to document this call so this don’t happen again she puts me on hold and another as she said assistant manager comes on the phone to ask me how can I help you I ask the person that transfer the call did not give you the reason why I’m calling she said well yes she said you didn’t get butter but she don’t understand what I need. Like I’m crazy for complaining about no butter. Like great costumer service you too."

"I hadn't been here in years and was kinda shocked how much It was for 2 soup/ bread bowls. Was like 26$ w a drink. It was really good and we enjoyed it. The service was good. I recommend the broccoli and cheese bread bowl."

"I ordered a large mocha and a scrambled egg and cheese sandwich. The girl at the register wouldn't get it. She kept having to re-enter the order and couldn't remember what I had ordered. I ended up with a large coffee and an egg and cheese sandwich with bacon. I don't eat bacon, so I brought it to their attention. They removed the bacon from the same sandwich and gave it back to me. Most of the egg went with the bacon. So now I have bread with barely any egg and cheese in it."
