"We called to try and make a reservation and they said it wasn’t necessary however, when we arrived they definitely implied we should have made one as we had a large party. They were able to seat us through, which was nice. We only stayed for drinks. Be prepared to pay quite a lot for food and drinks. It is a nice restaurant with a great view so that is to be expected. We had 12 people in our party and they can only do one check for a party that large. Our waitress said she could take multiple cards but it would have to be split evenly between them. We ended up paying cash, which was fine. Gratuity is included in your bill. I recommend making a reservation."
"My best friend and I went there for my birthday dinner and we had a great time. The restaurant was clean and following all of the social distance guidelines, as did our server and our bartender. I had the scallops and my friend had the chicken and I got to tell you, those scallops were like butter! I very much enjoyed it. Would highly recommend it for a lovely intimate dinner for any occasion."
"last night i got room service at the hilton (that uses this restaurant) and was eating my mixed greens salad when i noticed two bugs in my food, one of which was still twitching. soon afterward, my stomach hurt very badly my boyfriend didn't notice any bugs in his food, but his stomach started hurting badly after he ate, too. he had a burger, and it’s quite possible the bugs could have come from the lettuce in his burger and my salad. — in the morning, we thought hey, maybe it won’t be bad as long as we don’t get lettuce, and maybe it won’t be as bad if we go down to the actual restaurant. we got breakfast: a breakfast sandwich and a “rustic breakfast.” the sausage was hyped up with all the descriptions of it, but it tasted like nothing— like a faint meat taste and then just water or oil. the biscuit and jam was good. soon after breakfast, my boyfriend and i spent a long time in the bathroom, probably from the food last night this restaurant is definitely convenient if you’re staying at the hotel, but it’s really not worth it— the quality, the money, or the aftermath."
