"I took my grandson to the Middleburg Heights Library but I was very disappointed in the children's section. Very limited puzzles, toys, play area, puppets etc.. compared to other libraries. The story time area is in a closed room with no windows. Beautiful library but won't be back. Staff not so friendly either."
"Judgemental staff. Options are okay but other libraries have more. Bathrooms smell like someone peed all over the floor the past few times I've come in recently. Staff needs attitude adjustment. Other libraries are much better."
"Libraries are known for being quiet except for this one. This place always has a commotion going on. Of the 10+ times I went there’s always kids running around yelling or someone talking on their phone and no one tells them anything. There’s also not a single sign that says keep your voice down, silent phones, etc. I’m writing this not because I’m bored or have nothing better to do but because something should be done. Studying and reading (what libraries are for) is difficult at this branch. Make the change and I’ll change my review. P.s I grew up in Lakewood library and it would always be quiet. It’s possible"
