"Went to red wing shoes in North olmsted. Today. Try to return some defective boots. The manager was very rude and disrespectful and said we cannot return them cause they've been worn. She had a very smart mouth. And then threatened to call the police on me. Such a miserable person. She needs fired from her position I would not recommend this store to anybody. Such nasty attitude by the manager? And she fails the honor red wings warranty I went to another red wing shoe store in Strongsville. Who apparently she is the general manager or she is the owner And they also refuse to return my boots or honor the warranty. So I asked if I can buy new boots and they said no That they are not allowed to sell me any boots at all per request. They told me that I returned too many warranty items over the years That is a shame that there is a warranty on red wing boots. And they are not honoring The warranty In whoever the woman was what she did not give me her name. Nor did the other in store employees. Give me her name or their name I do not recommend shopping at Any red wings store that she is manager of. Strongsville, Ohio red wing. North olmsted ohio red wing Middleburg heights ohio redwing."
"Boots are now lower quality than Walmart boots. I spent $450 on boots just to have them rip 3 months later and they only exchanged them because I’ve bought multiple boots and never warranties them only because they were out of warranty. People in the store are nice that’s the only good thing"
"When I enter the store I was greeted by a smiling associate. She helped me find everything I wanted. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Felt very comfortable with no pressure."

"Max was very knowledgeable as to the Redwing family of shoe and boot brands. I got some very nice American made steel toed boots , that will last longer than I plan on working. If you have a need they can fill it for your boots!"
