"When the employees take orders in the drive thru, they shouldn’t be guilting customers with the closing time. “Hello welcome to Dairy Queen, we do close in 15 minutes” is not a great greeting. If the closing time affects my ice cream order, it should be communicated clearly. It makes me wonder if I got a lesser product because “we close in 15 minutes”."
"PLEASE, STOP SERVING RAW FRIES!!!!! Every time we get food from here the fries are RAW!!!! We like the burgers, onion rings and Ice cream. Guaranteed, every single time, the french fries are raw. Serving raw fries can be dangerous. The main source of concern when it comes to raw potato consumption is a toxic compound called Solanine. Solanine can cause headaches, nausea, diarrhea, and even DEATH in extreme cases. Please set a timer, STOP, rushing the fries. If a customer is coming through the drive-thru, Im sure a person wouldn't mind waiting, especially if they dont want raw fries."
