"It had been a long time since I chose steak and shake. Where I live, there is every possible competitor. Double cheeseburger, fries and a coke; 8 bucks. The place was clean and the staff was great. Burger was on point. 2 minutes past EVERY fast food joint,(including Culver's) I think it was worth it."

"Over priced dog food. Ordered cheese fries, out of cheese. Ordered bacon, out of bacon. Ordered tomatoes, out of tomatoes. They used a butt piece for my fresco melt. My daughters burger had an extreme amount of ketchup and mayonnaise to the point it was inedible. Do not recommend this place. It's time for steak n shake to close their doors"
"There was only one person in front of me in the drive-thru line. It was literally the longest I have ever waited for food after ordering in my entire life. The service was extremely extremely slow. I felt bad for the people that came after me and was waiting behind me. I so badly wanted to pull out of line but I had worked all day and really wanted a steak and shake cheeseburger. It was not worth the wait at all. I will never do it again."
