"I’m a server at downtown bar/restaurant in Columbus, so I always appreciate genuine good service. Beginning with the Host (Kendra I believe). Immediately and confidently had a spot for us even though they were busy. Then our server, BEST server we’ve had in a long time going out to eat. Brayden was VERY attentive and accurate with our order, knew the menu, and was pleasant throughout our whole experience. We arrived around 8pm, and they were out of the one thing I came in for… Prime Rib!! Immediately after ordering, within a minute he was back at the table apologizing but they had just run out. Not a problem with us, but he was very empathetic, which is appreciated. I laughed it off and he took my new order right away. Between getting a table, ordering, eating, and paying for our meal, we were out the door in less than an hour!!!! Kudos to all the staff, as we can tell you guys genuinely care about your job! And special Thanks to Kendra and Brayden!!"

"First time at a Texas road house ever and I was so impressed. Every staff member was extremely polite and the food was great. The manager got wind that it was my first time at a Texas road house and she personally came to our table to welcome me. I don’t know any restaurant that does that. Food was inexpensive, but delicious. I was so impressed. Our waiter was very attentive as well. I’m disappointed in myself for waiting so long to go to one and I’ll definitely be back"

"First off, I absolutely love Texas Roadhouse! I have been several times in the past but my husband has never been. I only have one issue but it’s a big one to us. We ordered our food and specifically informed our server that we DO NOT eat pork of any kind whatsoever. Even reminded her to please make sure no pork is in the mashed potatoes. Well after getting and eating a few small bites of the mashed potatoes my husband noticed something in it. Unfortunately, for us, it was a small piece of pork. We immediately informed our server and she brushed it off trying to say it was a part of the potato skin. I said no, no it’s not and she looked at it again and says well it shouldnt have any meat in it, would you like to order another one? We declined and she says ok, and walks away so fast literally leaving the mashed potatoes with the pork sitting on our table. As we were leaving we asked her if she was going to bring it to the attention of the chef or someone but honestly in my opinion she didn’t seem to really care. Also, she still charged full price and we kinda felt like it was completely brushed off. Although I love this place we will not return to Texas Roadhouse again because food allergies and or food restrictions should be TOP priority at any restaurant but I guess not here."

"I’m so mad , very angry. It’s not possible always I ordered my sirloin , I got in rare. I specifically put Well done and again in Instructions at the end , I again put Please the sirloin Well done, no pink thank you . And what I received a rare meat . Why u ask if u are going to do whatever you want."

"This was quite literally the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. When we arrived and saw the full parking lot on a Friday night at 8:30 I was surprised but after dining at this location I understand why. The service was incredible, calculated, and efficient. The host stand was organized and did a fantastic job of welcoming me and my friends in. Our server was always one step ahead of our every want and need. I truly felt taken care of. Preemptive refills on drinks, extra rolls, to go box of rolls, and lids for my condiments are just a few of the reasons I will be returning. My friend had a new Diet Coke before she was finished with her old one. If I had a spare $1,000 to tip my server, I would. If I could give 1,000 stars on this Texas Roadhouse review, I would. Not to mention the food was incredible. I was not surprised by the quality of the food, it was why we came. This incredible service took me by surprise. As me and my two friends exited the establishment, we were wished a good night by every staff member we passed. I indeed had a great night."
