"All I can say is wow! Got there at 8:30 pm, and we were standing to check in. Passed 4 times by the same girl who just smiled. Then I saw a sign sit yourself, wait, what Friday night and not too busy? Ten minutes later, the girl came for drink orders (should have been sign to leave). Ten minutes later came back with drinks, told to wait on ordering. Ten minutes later, she took our orders. Ten minutes later, she walks by says it should be right up. Ten minutes (see the pattern) says it again (we have been there for an hour with no drink refills). Five minutes after that, we get our food. Salad should come out before the meal, right? Meal was just about ate when she offered refills, even after asking multi times. Had to ask for check, box, check, check please, hello we need our check! Five min, wait to get it back. Never saw a member of management, girls, to busy flirt with guys at other tables. I saw 6 tables that were not cleaned the whole time we were there. Floor was nasty, and staff acted like they just didn't care. Food was off a little by be why place was so empty. Med. Sauce tasted like mild, and bbg sauce was just not good. We will never go back to this location ever again.."

"Tables were sticky and gross.Waited an hour and 10 minutes just to get an appetizer. Food didn't come out until 1 hour and 45 minutes after being sat and a lot of the food was wrong/missing orders! Only positive thing was the waitress. Probably won't ever visit this location again."

"I went to pick up an online order. The order was supposed to be ready at 6:20 PM. I arrived at about 6:15 PM. After about 20 minutes nobody had even acknowledged that I was there. I never saw a hostess, so I went to the kitchen entrance and asked if my order was ready. It was still not ready. I sat and waited even longer. Eventually, I received my food at 6:50 PM. I did not pay for my food online ahead of time, but I was just handed a bag of food. I had to tell them that I needed to pay still. The lady that did help me was nice and apologized. You could see she was working extremely hard, but the fact that it took so long to get the food and nobody even greeted me was very frustrating as a customer."

"Appetizer came out with the meal and cold. My wings came out with the wrong sauce on them. Side of celery didn't come out at all. Appeared to be short staffed. Barely saw our server so I went to the bar to get drinks and the server was visibly mad about it. I will say we did have fun though... just not to their credit."

"Wings were great, as always, love the pasta salad. Strawberry Margarita was good, just needed a bit more tequila. Great Service!"
