"I don’t know how this place is still open. The food’s terrible and the management doesn’t seem to care about how the restaurant tables look or the food quality. 30 mins in the drive thru for a spicy chicken sandwich meal with hair in the breading."
"Food cold. They take 10 minutes to prepare your order so you’d think you’d be getting fresh food but nope. They just can’t do their jobs right. It’s also supposed to be “fast food” but there’s nothing fast Ab this location."
"Waited 10 mins to order, then once I get home(down the street) the food is cold, the fries are rock solid burnt. I called to speak with manager, "melvin" tells me next time I come through the order is free which is 2 combs... So a wk later I try it again only to have them tell me Melvin isn't there and they can't replace the full order as promised ... So you give cold nasty food and you can't stand behind it or your word because why???"

"Their Frosty machine has supposedly been down now for 3 weeks. I highly doubt its corporates fault either as they claim when asked. You wait 5 minutes or longer before anyone attempts to even take your order at the speaker and again at the window to pay and receive lukewarm food. This used to be one of the best locations in the area, not so much now. Don't waste your money."
