Didn't bother her one bit and stayed focused on our questions as one of us chased the kids around. At the end there was a small question about the pricing. Her and the manager didn't even fight us. "Recently purchased a new sofa and two chairs for our living room. The store had a very good selection on the floor. Our sales person, Stacy, was outstanding. She gave us plenty of time to look around and didn't hover over us. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of questions. After talking to us, she showed us several pieces that we ended up purchasing. Loved the fact that she actually listened to us and that there were no high pressure sales tactics. Will definitely go back when we are ready for more furniture."
"Chelsea was my Sales Rep. she’s a new member to Ashley’s Furniture. She was so very kind to stay after it was time for her to get off of work and and assist me with my purchase. Update: 10-5-23 Received my furniture (Lorenza Birch), so far I’m satisfied. My delivery was scheduled for 10-14-23 but came earlier on 10-4-23. Part of my order is delayed (standing floor mirror) it was broken. I don’t have a set date for delivery. Was told it would be sometime at the end of October. Thank You Ashley’s"
