"No one follows any rules here, and it is very unsafe for younger children. There are very few employees, and the ones that are there appear to be teenagers who don't care at all. There are kids throwing hard footballs in the bouncing areas, hanging off all the structures, kids just sitting on their phones in the middle of play areas blocking others from playing, etc. It doesn't help that there were no parents around either. Apparently, it is a drop-off free-for-all where teens hangout without any supervision or consequences. There are rules posted on every wall, but absolutely no enforcement. I recommend anyone who brings young children here to stay with them and watch them closely."

"I had a birthday party for my kids at sky zone and I purchase their VIP package so it came with a lot of stuff and then I did order extra pizzas and an extras drink. The jumping part was great but I do not recommend having a birthday party at sky zone it completely sucks. It’s gonna be the worst experience of your life. We had multiple birthday parties for my daughter over the last five years and this by far was the worst place to have it at One we had a total five pizzas but when they took us up to our room only two pizzas were there. They completely forgot about the other three and then we had to wait 20 minutes for the other pizzas. Secondly, my other drinks werent in the room that I purchased, and certainly when you purchased a VIP package, they give your guess a water bottle, a sticker and an extra jump pass for the next day which they never gave my guess It was just a complete embarrassment and they didn’t want to take responsibility to save you a headache and embarrassment stay away from sky zone"

"Grest place, not alot of traffic. Over all the place was clean and fun. Prices were reasonable as well. I recommend for small children 13 and under"

"The kids always have a great time here but each time I come there is younger and younger employees that just like to “hang out” at work and not pay attention to the children and their safety, I just asked a worker if it was okay for the children to be pulling the bar back with a stick themselves and she said yup and walked off, when it clearly states no one should be doing it without employee supervision! As you can see there are 3 employees here in the same spot and not helping the children actually there’s no workers at any stations all just grouped in one spot, talking about parent and their children doing this and that ….wow"
