"Got scammed, and you will too, I orderd 2 Meduim shakes, 3 chicken sliders, 2 bufflo sliders, and 2 meduim curly fries. what i got: 2 small shakes, 2 chicken sliders, 2 bufflo sliders and no fries. I would give zero stars if given the choice. HOW DO YOU MISS 1/2 MY ORDER. I also assume ill get a botted response so dont even try with that a.i arby's."
"The order was not correct. The drink was completely filled with ice for some reason when asked for light ice. I don't know if they were being weird or what. Gave order thru drive throw then people didn't respond for some reason when they had me give my order l. It was weird. Arby's has not reconciled this matter as of yet."

"So they were short staffed and out of a lot of menu items. However, it just so happens that a regional supervisor was there to help. She was fantastic. She helped us with our food options and found a way to honor my app coupon after she realized their reader wasn't working. Top notch "can do" attitude."
