Chipotle Mexican Grill

"A young man named Danny waited on me. He was extremely rude. His portions were small and when I offered to pay extra he stated it would have to be served on the side. I had never experienced that before. Needless to say, I declined on my food and decided to go elsewhere. Its really sad to see how poor the food and service is at Chipotle. Not even just this location."

"My last order was a mess. Frist they could not find it for 10 minutes all while waiting on other people. Then I checked my order to find it was missing on drink, a Blackberry IZZE. Had to get someone someone to help with that, to find they didn't even have it at the store. I ash for a refund and was that that I had to go on line to do that. Wow, so I go on line and all the did was send me a free drink coupon. NO REFUND! Thats the last time I go to the Eastgate store, If I go Chipoltle at all. I will have to try Moe's."

"I have had multiple bad experiences with this chipotle, cold food, extremely long waits(so long that when we order on app we plan to come 15-20 minutes after they tell us to arrive and we still wait 5-10 minutes) and also missing food. Tonight my long distance significant other wanted to order me chipotle so we could have dinner together. It arrived and not only was it the incorrect order, it was an order that was supposed to reach its consumer nearly 5 hours beforehand(I know because of the promised time). I would not recommend eating here, I would not recommend ordering online(unless you plan for it to take at least an hour to be ready) and I would not advise ordering delivery."

"The inside of the place looks like a warzone well all the “employees” sit on their phones and yell and laugh and mess around and the worthless POS running the line couldn’t be bothered to even put the food in the taco tortillas do yourself a favor and never eat here"

"It's very sad that we generally go to Mentor to get Chipotle since both the Highland Heights and this location at Eastgate is terrible. Gave Eastgate another shot tonight. Ordered online, even tipped. First time my son went in they gave him the wrong order completely. He brought it back they said fine what's your name. Meanwhile they were standing around joking etc while the one slightly nerdy kid was doing EVERYTHING in the store (trash, orders, cleaning) The second time he was given order it was also wrong. Had toppings that we didn't order. Missing items we had ordered including extra chicken. Was completely incorrect item as well. They said "Just take it" to which my son gave up and took it as is. Scraped off incorrect items, which is completely unacceptable but the precise reason we just can't go to this location any longer. It used to be run very well a few years back, but a gradual to rapid decline has taken its toll."
