"This is an outdoor venue so there is the risk of bad weather. We had a perfect day for my daughter's wedding and you couldn't ask for a more elegant, picturesque setting. We had access the historical tudor mansion as well as the new tudor style adjacent building with bridal suite. The grounds were immaculate with the stamped concrete patios, gorgeous fountain, lakefront view with newly renovated shoreline, and fresh landscaping. It gets even better as it gets later in the evening with a beautiful sunset and the soft lighting. And Monica was an EXCELLENT wedding coordinator! The wedding couldn't have gone better and her attention to detail was a very large part of that. She displayed great coordination with the various vendors also. No regrets having the wedding at Mason's Cove!"

"Gorgeous venue to host your wedding or special event at. The bridal space upstairs is recently updated and they paid attention to every detail while decorating the space. The groom’s suite downstairs is the perfect space for the guys to relax and get ready the morning of the wedding. We loved being able to have cocktail hour in a separate space from the tent and having the beautiful property and lake view for our guests to enjoy outside of the tent. Monica and Tim were very responsive while planning the wedding and amazing to work with the day of. They went above and beyond what was expected to make sure that the day was perfect."

"We hosted our wedding ceremony at the Tudor House and had an excellent time. The bridal and groom suites were abundant and accommodating. Plenty of space for our 20 person wedding party. We were able to host our nearly 250 guests comfortably outside and we had a terrific experience the day of. We brought the tropics to Portage Lakes and thee waterfront served as a perfect backdrop for our theme. My groom pulled up to the ceremony in a speed boat! As our date approached we became nervous of all the renovations happening on the grounds, but that was short lived. The team worked quickly to prepare the grounds and interiors for our arrangements. The historic, home is a picture of romance and they’ve done an excellent job preserving that history while providing modern amenities. The staff was present day of to help with set up and parking. Leading up to the day they were readily available for any questions or walk throughs of the space. We had a tall bill and were met for the most part wherever we needed. That was invaluable and many of our guests remarked on this “hidden gem” in North East Ohio. We did not have the best experience once the management switched over (This has been updated to reflect that Beach Boyz, Ent isn’t managing the Tudor House). We were informed a month before the wedding that we had to pay an additional $1300 for a tent that we did not use as we were only using the venue for our ceremony. We understand the city enforced this rule, but some flexibility with pricing would’ve been appreciated. Overall our day was wonderful, despite the one issue. The staff was attentive and ensured our day went off without a hitch. Thank you to the entire team for helping to make this day one of a kind. We had a fantastic, beautiful day and are happy we chose the Tudor House for our wedding."
