"If you are there in person, DO NOT let them put you on the wait list. You'll get bumped by everyone who makes a reservation online so your "1 hour" wait will result in you finally getting your "lane is ready" text 5 hours later. Just use your phone to book a reservation (they don't offer you this option at the counter and they don't have the ability to take in person reservations). Why do they have both a wait list and a reservation system that cannot interact with each other? Probably a bad decision by management that they can survive because they have no competition. That said, the lanes are clean and maintained, though the rates are high (again, no competition). The pizza is fine. Good sauce but the crust is overly chewy and thick which gives a bad ratio of dough to toppings and an odd mouth feel. For $20 in Mentor you can absolutely get a better pie. The staff were all very friendly, which is definitely floating this review. I've done a few escape rooms and they were a fun time. Well designed and maintained, but again, on the high end of the price scale. Overall, a well kept establishment but not a good regular hangout due to the high prices on everything. Management is getting away with some absurd choices due to a lack of competition in the market."
"Great place if you are looking for something to do on a bad weather day. Has lots of things to do like bowling, escape room, arcade, bar and restaurant. If you come around Christmas time, they also have a cool decorated Christmas pop up. Worth a visit, though it is pretty busy closer you get to Christmas."

"I'd give it 10 stars if I could! We went for a birthday party. Pizza was excellent and the place was very clean! Awesome friendly staff throughout. Fun bowling and arcade. Great place for adults to grab a beverage and watch football on huge screens while the kids play. I LOVED all the Christmas decorations! We will absolutely be back!"
