"My granddaughter had a great time. It was crowded but she enjoyed herself. It’s a fun place for kids and I love the drop off feature. With all the kids I only noticed one worker interacting with the kids. That’s the lady in the photo. the other workers were all up front doing nothing. The worker who took care of me was holding her crying child while checking me in. Also a kid unplugged the slide and all the air went out with kids still in the slide. My granddaughter accidentally wasted a drop of water on the floor and all the workers who wasn’t doing anything came talking to each other pointing at my granddaughter like she did something really bad. Some of these workers has badd attitudes. You cant take your anger out on kids and make them feel bad as to not wanting to come back here. The 3rd pic is of the lady with the attitude. But giving props to the manager she was really really nice and understanding."

"I loved the new activities added to Shop N Play. My 4 year old granddaughter loved the trampolines, the obstacle course for kids, the slide into the ball pit and all the new activities. Thanks for updating your activities as the others were either broken or getting very beat up. We had a wonderful time there yesterday."

"We LOVE this place! Our 14 month old can stay very busy and wear down his energy here for hours. Staff is very friendly and you can tell they care about the kids. Equipment is clean and orderly. They have a under 3 year old section that has options for the kiddos that aren't quite as mobile yet."

"My daughter's 4th birthday party here was AWESOME!!! We just got the basic party package and did most of the decorations ourselves. I was pleasantly surprised with how much came with the basic package though (tablecloths, streamers, plates, napkins and plastic silverware) so I was able to return some items. Super convenient that we could park right outside the door to bring things in. It was nice we were also able to shove things in the back hallway to get stuff out of the way like our cake, food and decor boxes. A few straggler kids would run into the room and try to join the party but that wasn't a huge problem. We hosted 15 toddlers with parents (around 20 adults) so things were a little crammed sometimes in the small room but for the most part, a lot of folks and kids were in and out playing so it was fine. Overall, a great experience that I would definitely do again!"
