"So I came in to Shoe Depot and I really had no expectations. I didn’t know what I wanted. I asked for help from any worker, and I was disappointed that who came over was a kid who looked like he was anywhere from 11-16. What I didn’t know is that the guy, his name was Dominic, was very knowledgeable in the shoe department. I gave him my interests, and he picked out the best shoe possible. It was very affordable and I have worn them a few times and it’s the best shoe in the world. Thanks Dominic! Will return soon!"
"The reason of why I changed my review like this is because this store did not have the brand I was looking for to purchase for my wife. They sent me to another store where they said might have what I was in search of- I went to that store and left embarrassed because when I asked them about what I was in search of- I put 2 and 2 together and apologized to them because I felt I wasted their time. They told me that it was perfectly ok- that I wasn't wasting their time at all but would recommend looking at other stores in the mall. So folks, I would think twice before giving this store business because I shouldn't have had to suffer embarrassment for having gone to another store to look for what I was in search of."
"Ended up getting great pair of shoes for my daughter! She's 11 and an 8.5 in mens yikes. And got a great deal! Also saw my timberlands I got there few years ago. I get compliments on them all the time. We shop here alot well and khols but especially here my daughter goes through atleast 3 to 4 sizes a year. Friendly staff love they have various sizes and name brands much cheaper."
"Found some great deals on Black Friday. Would be five stars if you had a shopping bag or cart, I had to stumble around balancing the multiple shoeboxes I'd already picked out. Also - serve people in the order they have been waiting at the counter, not the line-cutters that barge to the front. :("
"Went in to get some new kicks for work. 13 hour shifts at a warehouse can hurt the feet, knees, and back. Was able to get some good information from the ladies here and found a great set of Sketchers. Max comfort memory foam. Have been wearing them the whole time at the mall and my feet feel great!"
