"Dr. Bailey has been our primary care physician for 15 years. He isn't quick to prescribe antibiotics for viral issues as most doctors do and is always very good with my kids and my wife. I would highly recommend him"

"In ten years, going for various reasons here and there, I've never had a negative experience with Dr. Bailey or his staff. I usually get called back about a minute after I've sat down. There were times when I called in with an issue and they immediately phoned in a prescription to my pharmacy for my convenience, so I don't understand what the issue is with some of the other folks here -what are you expectations?"

"I would give zero stars if it was an option. I explained I was new to the area and wanted to get established with a family practitioner. I was contacted and asked to call them the morning of the appointment "to save time." I called the morning of the appointment and was asked to answer screening questions so I would "have more time with the doctor." I was also told to come in 20 minutes prior for paperwork I arrived at 3:05 and it took a sum total of 2 minutes to fill out the paperwork. I sat in the waiting room until 3:40 when I was taken back to a room. After waiting 40 minutes in the room I had enough and left. When I informed the staff I was leaving they were rude and didn't even offer an apology. I regret I didn't pay closer attention to the prior reviews. Save yourself some time and find a doctor who values your time as much as theirs."

"CNPs are wonderful, but overall, not impressed with this practice. Staff is not very friendly. I took my son in for a visit because he was sick. The doctor didn't address the symptoms for which I took my son in. I had to call back to ask for further treatment. The nurse that staffed the triage line that I was directed to seemed put out that I asked her to call the doctor for further treatment. I ended up taking my son to the Children's Hospital urgent care where he was properly diagnosed and treated. As a health care professional myself, I am not impressed."
