"Worst dentist ever. Got a filling that was rushed. Doctor Q was rude and impatient. He kept telling me to stop moving and to hold still when my filling was hurting. When I said it hurt he didn’t stop and just told me to hold on. My filling hurts super bad whenever I bite on it and I can’t even eat on that side of my mouth now. This place needs shut down ASAP."

"Edited: about a month after my root canal, my filling started to crack and shift. My fillings were done poorly to the point where food was getting lodged into the areas they drilled and floss was getting caught. Three months in and all of the areas with fillings looked as though they had cavities again. Ffw to now, about 7 months later, and a tooth they filled now needs a root canal and possibly two others need them as well. My root canal filling finally fell out, it was causing me so much discomfort as food got lodged into it and caused the gums to around it to be incredibly sore and uncomfortable and bleed every time I flossed. They messed up my teeth to the point of procedures needing done that my insurance will not cover and I'm highly upset. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE Aside from the appointments always running behind (right now they have a lot of construction and insurance related issues so give them grace) the staff there is amazing! They are all so kind and understanding and Dr.Q is wonderful! He makes sure you're comfortable, eases you into any procedure, and explains things well. I highly recommend Village Dental"

"They literally never answer their phone and they refuse to call you back if you leave a message. I tried to reschedule an appointment and they wouldn't answer their phone until the day of the appt and then charge me money for it. They really need to hire some professional receptionists who take their job seriously."

"This is the bottom of the barrel. The hygienist is the only wonderful thing about this office. The receptionists sit out front making fun of clients and gossiping while you wait....and wait....and wait....and somewhere around 45 minutes after your appt you should be called. But, you must wait in your car until then. They show no care or compassion. And kindness is a trait that is non-existent. My wife and I had a death in the family. Cancelled our appt the night before. Now, the office refuses to see us until we pay a $50 fine for cancellation. They punished us with same day cancellation even though we called the night before and left a message because they didn't receive it until the morning of the appt. They upsell everything. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs if you would like to have a good experience. Bottom of the barrel care."
