"Absolutely best Men's Wearhouse in Northeast Ohio. The staff are amazing, professional, helpful and attentive to your needs. I will not shop at any other Men's Wearhouse or other suit shop but this one ever again. Overall amazing experience."

"Returned some clothes and was accused of "wearing them" while the manager claimed he was "being nice" to let me return them. Some of my hair was on a shirt because I tried it on and that was his excuse. He needs fired asap. Never shop here. I'm being nice by not contacting his boss for being a cocky little bitćh. Seems fair, right?"

"Participating in a wedding is one thing. A daughter's is another. Wanting to not mess things up, my sons and I walked in. We were immediately greeted by the first person, who directed each one of us. I consulted with a second person, who steered me with the advice I needed. I was then pared with a professional who measured me and made my life less complicated. She also made sure I knew each and every piece of clothing and what the pricing would be. She also discounted the price and adjusted my rental times. I highly recommend the Men's Warehouse! They know clothing and they know customer service!"

"Terrible experience for myself and my wedding party. Had to go 3 different times to get the right stuff. No one is on the same page. Myself (the groom) first went in and told the gentleman this is for a wedding and would like my guys to be able to rent if needed. Didn't make a wedding name or number reference for when my party comes to get fitted. He stated they don't do that and scribbled down some notes to give to the guys. Every one got different stuff when they went in and were told they don't rent and have to buy lol. Sent my best man the wrong size pants. And another guy the wrong vest and had to go back the same day of the wedding to find the right color. They need to be more organized and get on the same page and learn their own policies."

"Infuriating to say the least! My son called me after he left the store empty handed 3 days prior to his wedding. One day before we were heading out of town for said wedding. The suit they fitted him for months ago was all the wrong size. They told him to wear the jacket open and the pants couldn’t be shortened. Made him feel like he was a bother trying to get the right fit and they told told him they couldn’t get anything in in time and made him feel humiliated for his size. I am appalled at the customer service or should I say lack of that he received 3 days before one of the most important days of his life. I drove two hours to him the next day and took him to a different store and they could not believe how he was treated by your store. They were so helpful and kind and were able find him the perfect fitting suit in the store and made him feel confident for his big day. We walked out with the perfect match to the groomsmen that same day. The fact that you got the business from the 6 groomsmen makes me mad. Had we known sooner you would have never gotten our business. I have made sure to share with everyone I know what horrible service and treatment was received from Mens Warehouse and tell everyone not to shop there. My husband frequently shops there for business attire but you will no longer get our business EVER! Shame on you Mens Warehouse!"
